About Position

This is available as a part time or seasonable position.

Sales isn’t just about reaching numbers. A client expects a sale process to wow them, or be an experience they will enjoy and will want to return for. As a Razelle Sales Experience Agent, one of the most vital jobs at the company, you will be tasked with educating clients on our curated selection of products and services, and find the best solution that meets their needs. You would share our mission with our guests to enable everyone to do what they love in the simplest way possible. If you have a natural drive to help others, and ensure that every guest that walks through our doors is properly taken care of and walks out with the best solution in hand, this is the career for you.

Responsibilities

·      Educate and sell new and current clients on Razelle products, services, and solutions

·      Meet and exceed sales targets and projections

·      Work with your fellow SE agents and Team Sales Leaders to put together unique and creative sales approaches and procedures

·      Demonstrate products, and answer any client questions

·      Present Razelle and the company’s mission in a professional manner

Requirements

·      Previous customer service experience is recommended, or ability to provide examples of customer service experience

·      Some technical awareness and understanding is highly recommended

·      Top notch presentation of your brand, your vibe, and how you present yourself

·      A natural drive to help others

·      Exceptional writing and verbal abilities

·      Ability to build long lasting relationships on friendliness and trustworthiness

·      Working well with a variety of people, teams

·      Ability to make “executive” decisions quickly and accurately if needed

·      Demonstrate ability to master Razelle products, services and solutions

·      Flexible work schedule, including evenings and weekends in a retail store

·      You must be at least 18+ years old, and provide a valid driver’s license in the country in which you are applying, along with having a 2+ year clean driving record
