PixelPerfect is the perfect addition to your new investment. We’ll protect you in case anything goes wrong with your new product such as hardware failure, accidental or liquid damage, something breaks with your product, or even if its stolen*. There is no deductible, and can be used at anytime. If we can’t fix it, we’ll replace the product if still for sale, or give you the value of the product (excluding tax and other fees) in the form of store credit. Once used, you may have the option of purchasing PixelPerfect protection again after your claim, or on your replacement product.
*A police report is required for a claim regarding a stolen product. Razelle reserves the right to investigate stolen claims and assist with recovery before a claim is approved.
